Thinking of attending FinOps X 2025? Great choice. Whether you’re a cloud engineer, product manager, or finance lead, this conference offers something for everyone interested in cloud financial operations. Before you pack your bags for San Diego, here’s everything you need to know about tickets, pricing, and what you get with each registration.

Registrations for FinOps X 2025 are already open, and there are several ticket options depending on your role and organization type. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Non-member Vendor SMEs: $1999 – This ticket is for SMEs from vendors or service providers who are not part of a FinOps Foundation member organization.
  • End-User Practitioners and Member Vendor SMEs: $999 – This includes cloud practitioners and SMEs from member companies.
  • Government Employees: $499 – If you’re a practitioner working at a government agency and register with your official email, you qualify for this discounted rate.

You also have the option to add a Pre-Con Ticket for $99. This grants access to chalk talk workshops and a networking lunch on June 2—ideal for attendees who want a head start on learning and networking before the main conference begins. We've also listed out the FinOps X 2025 agenda to help you pick which talks to attend!

Each ticket includes:

  • Welcome Reception on June 2
  • Most meals during the event
  • Official Party on June 4
  • 50% discount on self-paced FinOps training and certifications

There’s also a group rate of $899 per person if you’re attending with a team of 3+ from the same end-user organization. To get this rate, you’ll need to email the FinOps Foundation directly.

One important note: Your conference ticket covers access to the event and activities, but not accommodation. You’ll need to book your hotel separately. The FinOps Foundation has partnered with several hotels near the venue (see our next post for options), including discounted rates at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.
