FinOps X 2025 is more than just a conference—it’s a multi-day experience packed with learning, networking, and opportunities to connect with the brightest minds in cloud cost management.

The FinOps X 2025 location is the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina from June 2-5, 2025, attendees can expect a well-organized and engaging event tailored to the growing FinOps community.

For returning attendees, the venue will feel familiar. FinOps X 2024 was held at the same location, and the FinOps Foundation seems to favor consistency. If it’s your first time, don’t worry—the layout is straightforward, and signage will guide you through the hotel’s 15 breakout and main rooms. From the AWS and Microsoft stages to the Marina Ballrooms, there’s a dedicated space for every type of session, workshop, and tech talk.

The FinOps X 2025 agenda kicks off on June 2 with Pre-Conference activities. This is a great opportunity to get your badge early, grab a coffee, and connect during smaller, focused chalk talks and workshops.

Topics include unit economics, building executive buy-in, and creating FinOps tiger teams. These pre-con sessions are ideal for attendees looking to go deeper right from the start.
